Here's what I did at the gym today!

10 minutes on the treadmill - 3.3 speed - 1 min walking 1 min joggin

Back exercises: reps lbs sets
Seated pec dec - 15 20 3
Incline press 12 10 3
Seated pulley row 15 30 1
15 50 2
Biceps exercises:
Seated dumbell curls 15 8 3
Standing barbell curls 12 20 3
Biceps curls (smith) 12 10 3

And it only took 40 minutes!
